      Description

In some configurations you may want the email IN flow to go via the djigzo gateway to capture public keys in attachments, but not decrypt emails so that the client is confident the email is safe (not decrypted before his eyes).

It is currently possible to disable the auto email decryption by changing config.xml and setting the <decrypt> to false.

      However:
      1. This <decrypt> flag only influences the S/MIME decryption. It would be nice if a similar flag was implemented for the PGP decryption. The only way to do it currently for PGP is to completely comment out the PGPHandler, which also then disables the "learning" of keys attached to emails.

      2. It would be convenient to have a global >> domain >> user setting to control the disable decryption flag (or 2 flags if we have one for PGP as well – some admins may want to manage them separately).
